我想问大家发帖时是否也看到过这类通告（这是我第一次看到）。叫得好听点这是个“reminder”，叫得难听点这就是“warning”.
使我纳闷的有以下几点：
1—这种通告是有选择性的呢，还是发帖积极的人都会收到？
2—Pro的人气大不如前，此举为何？这不是叫人家少发言吗！
3—如果是提醒发言人别跑题，哪应该说：Please stay on topic, 但要求人“be succinct”是嫌人家太啰嗦。我想自己以往发言作风还算简洁，再怎么个“succinct”就要折煞我也了。
4—如果是因为我们这几个经常发言的人太霸道，而导致论坛其他同行不愿意露面；如是这样，网站的工作人员可以给他们认为出格的几位发去个人邮件提醒一下。或者更有效的提醒方式是自动弹出一个愤青头像来，喊着：“Just Shut Up!” 保证再积极的发言人也写不下去了。
5—查看一下别的语种发帖的活跃程度，大致结果如下：
