https://coindollarpay.com/history-of-a-single-tear/

又是一年中秋时,聚散有期意绵绵;

Where did the term 'click chemistry' come from?
Barry Sharpless: My wife, Jan, named it click chemistry. I wanted to call it ‘neat chemistry,’ like whisky; you drink it neat. That is what we were doing, pure chemical reactions with no restraints, that were guaranteed to react. But in the United States ‘neat’ means ‘cute.’ So we decided on ‘click’ and it took off.

▲ Collapse

Open A New Window (Angela Lansbury)
Open a new window
Open a new door
Travel a new highway
That's never been tried before
Before you find you're a dull fellow
Punching the same clock
Walking the same tight rope
As everyone on the block
The fellow you want to be is three dimensional
Soaking up life down to your toes
Whenever they say you're slightly unconventional
Just put your thumb up to your nose
And show 'em how to dance to a new rhythm
Whistle a new song
Toast with a new vintage
The fizz doesn't fizz too long
There's only one way to make the bubbles stay
Simply travel a new highway
Dance to a new rhythm
Open a new window every day
Dance to a new rhythm
Whistle a new song
Toast with a new vintage
The fizz doesn't fizz too long
There's only one way to make the bubbles stay
Simply travel a new highway
Dance to a new rhythm
Whistle a new love song
Toast with a new vintage
Open a new window every day

Giorgio de Chirico (1888-1978) - Le Muse Inquietanti
oil on canvas, 1947, University of Iowa Museum of Art. (Wikipedia)
2. The Disquieting Muses
(from “Two De Chiricos”)
By Mark Strand
Boredom sets in first, and then despair.
One tries to brush it off. It only grows.
Something about the silence of the square.
Something is wrong; something about the air,
Its color; about the light, the way it glows.
Boredom sets in first, and then despair.
The muses in their fluted evening wear,
Their faces blank, might lead one to suppose
Something about the silence of the square,
Something about the buildings standing there.
But no, they have no purpose but to pose.
Boredom sets in first, and then despair.
What happens after than, one doesn’t care.
What brought one here—the desire to compose
Something about the silence of the square,
Or something else, of which one’s not aware,
Life itself, perhaps—who really knows?
Boredom sets in first, and then despair…
Something about the silence of the square.
