Of course Feb 13

I also arrange my work schedule to be able to eat, sleep and rest. How could it possibly be unprofessional? I've never missed a deadline and it actually helps me to be more productive and assure better quality. My clients don't even know what I am doing and they couldn't care less as long as I deliver on time an they are happy with my work.

Yesterday me and the lads paid a visit to a non-paying client. We had to go physical on the dude, so I arranged my work schedule accordingly.
But unfortunately while engaging in that act I missed out on an email notification where a 20 EUR revision job was snatched on a 'first-come-first-served' basis, so I went back to his office and took my frustration out on that guy as well.. It wasn't a good day for him, nor for me for that matter, I'm still sore about that 20 EUR job...

From what is "shedule" derived? Shed? What could it mean then? 🙃

Definitely Feb 13

I interrupt work and go physically into the kitchen and make coffee at intervals, sometimes even a whole meal.

No need to overdo it, however. Too much exercise sets off my migraine and aggravates my arthritis, but I go out with the local walking club when the weather is not too icy.

If physical activity meant doing exercise, then no. I don't do that kind of thing, so I never allocate my time for such activities.

in the sense that I workout regardless, busy or not. It's that time of the day when I can shut everything down, put some loud music on and hit the weights in my gym.

Calling it unprofessional was a weird answer option, but otherwise it's not a stupid question. I can be flexible in both directions.

In the winter, I wouldn't get any sun if I stayed at my desk during office hours. Today I'll go out around noon, I'll go on a bike ride to buy food from a farm near the city. There are several farms here which sell food via self-service stalls or vending machines. One offers potatoes, onions and eggs, which is exactly what I need at the moment.

I'm glad I stopped working for an agency which only gave me rush jobs. While there was no obligation, in practice this meant I had to be available during their office hours, without the benefit of large volumes of work. I had enough of it when they also started asking me to work during the weekend, which I wouldn't mind otherwise.

On the other hand, if I get a big job for tomorrow, I'll happily reschedule my gym session planned for Wednesday night.

I got myself a dog to make sure of getting out and getting some exercise.

Before he came into my life, I would often plough ahead with my work then at maybe 5pm I'd realise I wasn't being very productive. And I knew that if I'd gone out for a walk or bike ride earlier in the day, I'd still be zipping through my work.

So now he gets a quick run through the park mid-morning, and a good long walk after lunch (and after dinner but that doesn't interfere with work).
