Hola! Mar 2, 2002

Anyone interested in meeting up in Girona?
Possible date: Saturday 6th April
The idea I have is to organise a Bar-B-Q or similar at my apartment. I have a terrace which can easily hold 20 people (if you bring your own chair!)and weather permitting, I think it could be a nice opportunity to meet up and get away from our computer screens. Let me know what you think.

Late posting Mar 16, 2002

As this powwow has been posted very late, maybe it would be better to hold it later in April or early May.

May 11th-12th sounds great Mar 20, 2002

It'll be warmer then! Also, please post any further details (e.g. spouses/children invited? should we take food/drinks?) well in advance.

Martin

Definitive Date! Mar 20, 2002

I think we should decide on a definitive date so I can change the date in the heading and we can get the ball rolling. I hadn't thought about the possibility of a Sunday so this is the suggestion... I think we have to rule out Saturday 11th as neither Veronica nor Marta (and possibly Mirta) can make it then. So there are two possibilities:
Sunday May 5th or
Sunday May 12th.

Are we talking Morning, Afternoon or Evening? Mar 20, 2002

If its a Sunday, I have to get back home to Capellades for work on Monday. This limits the time I could be there - since we would have to have our daughter back home and in bed by 8pm - so would have to leave at least two hours before.

Anyone thought about time and place yet?

Time on sunday Mar 21, 2002

For me it doesn't matter on which weekend we make it, but I have a similar problem on Sundays like Berni. I have to be back for work on Monday in Barcelona, so I can't stay till late in the evening.
