Hello translators,
I have been recently contacted by an Antony Kyle. He use different e-mails addresses from yahoo or gmail. His written English was very bad and he wanted an interpreting services from English into Spanish! in almost 3 month. He insisted in paying me in advance by check.
Be aware, this trick is too old!

will be coming to
(Paris)France for
a 2days event with some executive .
Your
services will only be needed from Monday20,Febuary to
Tuesday 21,

2011 from 11am -2pm daily.
If interested, do get back to me with the
fee involved so as to make deposit to booked the spot.

Possible Scam Alert Nov 4

I received an email from a person using a gmail account, with an article and asking me to see if I could work with him, unfortunately I downloaded the pdf article, to have a look since his e-mail was sent to me via proz.com I thought it was trustworthy. He spoke very good english which kept me negotiating. But one thing caught my attention, he insisted on paying in advance with a certified check...and asked for my details like full name, full address and mobile number. I thought it was all very ...
