Source text - English In accordance with the international state of the art for piles and diaphragm walls, the company "..." plans to connect the three pre-connected reinforcement segments of both pile types KP-1 and KP-2 with U-bolts (also known as cable clamps) in accordance to the DIN 741. This standard regulates only the connection of steel cables. The planned use of the U-bolts to connect the vertical steel bars (Ø 32mm) on the ... project is already presented in the working design and will allow speeding up the time for installation of the reinforcement cages.
The connection of the several cage sections with U-bolts over the bore-hole will be executed with respect of the safety regulations.
The cable clamps should only be used for the following activities:
• Connection of reinforcement cage sections for the working piles, when the lower section(s) are already installed in the borehole and when the lower sections are hold in position with in a professional manner with safe working equipment, such as steel rods, pipes or H-beams under the stiffer rings.
• Installation of the connected reinforcement cages into the borehole
• It’s forbidden to connect several reinforcement cages with U-bolts horizontally on the platform, lift it up and transport it with the crawler crane to the borehole!
• It is also forbidden to lift the reinforcement cages that are connected with U-bolts out of the borehole. In this case, the several sections of the reinforcement cage must be de-connected over the bore hole!
Installation instruction for the U-bolts:
• Bring the upper reinforcement cage over the lower reinforcement cage section so that the sonic pipes are in the right position
• Lower the upper reinforcement cage so that the overlapping length is in accordance with the working design requirements
• Put the U-collar over two adjacent longitudinal bars
• Screw both nuts with your fingers, so that both nuts are tightening finger tight
• The nuts must be tightened alternately and evenly with a wrench or ratchet until the bolts are fix
• Both nuts must be consecutively with full power until both nuts are fix so that a further tightening ins not possible
• If all the 8x2 U-bolts are tightened, all workers shall step back from the reinforcement cage.
• Start lifting up the connected reinforcement cage in the borehole and verify if the U-bolt connection stay stable without any movements - slipping through test!
• Check if all the supporting equipment is removed completely
• Then confirm it clearly to the crane operator, so that he can start with the lowering of the reinforcement cage into the borehole
Translation - Russian В соответствии с современным международным стандартом для устройства свайных оснований и стен в грунте, компания "..." планирует соединять три предварительно соединённые секции арматурного каркаса для двух типов свай КП-1 и КП-2 с помощью зажимных болтов (хомутов) по DIN 741. Данный стандарт регулирует только соединение стальных стержней. Планируемое использование зажимов для соединения вертикальных стержней арматурных каркасов (Ø 32мм) на проекте ... уже было включено в рабочий проект. Использование данных зажимов позволит сократить время, затрачиваемое на монтаж арматурных каркасов.
Соединение нескольких секций арматурного каркаса с помощью зажимов над скважиной будет выполняться с соблюдением всех правил по технике безопасности.
Хомуты следует использовать только в следующих случаях:
• Соединение секций арматурного каркаса для свай в случае, когда нижняя секция (секции) уже установлена в скважину и когда нижние секции установлены в необходимом положении при помощи безопасного вспомогательного оборудования, такого как стальные пруты, трубки или балки Н-сечения под кольцами жёсткости;
• Установка соединённого арматурного каркаса в скважину;
• Запрещается соединять несколько секций арматурного каркаса с помощью зажимов, когда каркас находится в горизонтальном положении на платформе, затем поднимать его и транспортировать гусеничным краном к скважине!
• Арматурный каркас, секции которого соединены зажимами, запрещается поднимать из скважины. В случае необходимости, секции арматурного каркаса должны быть разъединены над скважиной!
Инструкция по установке зажимов:
• Расположить верхнюю секцию арматурного каркаса над нижней секцией таким образом, чтобы трубки для ультразвукового исследования находились в правильном положении;
• Опустить верхнюю секцию арматурного каркаса так, чтобы длина нахлёста соответствовала требованиям, указанным в рабочем проекте;
• Расположить металлический хомут (дугу) так, чтобы он захватил два соседних продольных стержня;
• Затянуть вручную обе гайки;
• Поочерёдно и равномерно затянуть гайки, используя гаечный или трещёточный ключ, пока зажим не зафиксируется;
• Далее, последовательно, с полной силой, затягивать обе гайки до тех пор, пока дальше затягивать будет уже невозможно;
• Когда все зажимы 8x2 затянуты, все рабочие должны отойти от каркаса;
• Начать поднимать соединённый каркас и устанавливать в скважину, в то же время обращая внимание на фиксацию стыкового соединения – стабильно ли оно, нет ли каких-либо движений, проскальзываний – испытание на проскальзывание!
• Проверить удалено ли полностью всё вспомогательное оборудование;
• Чётко подтвердить оператору крана, что он может начать опускать арматурный каркас в скважину.

Source text - Russian - К выполнению электросварочных работ могут быть допущены лица не моложе 18 лет, прошедшие предварительный медицинский осмотр при поступлении на работу, а в дальнейшем - периодические медицинские осмотры, прошедшие обучение безопасным методам и приемам работ и получившие удостоверение, имеющие квалификационную группу по электробезопасности не ниже II.
- Во избежание поражения электрическим током:
запрещается прикасаться к оголенным проводам, подключать электрооборудование вынимать плавкие вставки и т.д.; при обнаружении обрыва провода не прикасаться к нему, а срочно сообщить об этом руководителю работ;
- оказавшись в зоне шагового напряжения, выходить из нее следует небольшими шагами в сторону, противоположную месту предполагаемого замыкания на землю, в частности, лежащего на земле провода; наименьшая безопасная величина напряжения будет на расстоянии более 20м, т.е. за пределами, ограничивающими поле растекания тока в грунте.
- Размещение сварочного оборудования должно обеспечивать безопасный и свободный допуск к нему, при этом длина первичной цепи между пунктами питания и передвижной сварочной установкой не должна превышать 1м.
- При прокладке или перемещении сварочных проводов необходимо применять меры против повреждения их изоляции и соприкосновения с водой, маслом, стальными канатами и горячими трубопроводами. Расстояние от сварочных проводов до горячих трубопроводов и баллонов с кислородом должно быть не менее 0,5 м, а с горючими газами - не менее 1м.
- При поражении электрическим током необходимо как можно скорее освободить пострадавшего от действия тока; в случае работы на высоте предварительно принять меры, предупреждающие его от падения. Отключение оборудования произвести с помощью выключателей, разъема штепсельного соединения, перерубить питающий провод инструментом с изолированными ручками.

- To avoid being hurt by the electric current:
it is forbidden to touch naked cables, to connect electrical equipment, to remove fuse elements etc; if you find a torn cable, do not touch it and immediately inform the supervisor;
- if you find yourself in a pace voltage zone, you should move out in small steps in the direction opposite to the assumed place of the ground fault, for example, a cable on the ground; the least voltage magnitude, which is safe, is more than 20m away, that is over the limits which restrict current leakage area in the ground.
- Welding equipment should be placed in a way to ensure safe and easy access to it; the length of the primary chain between the current source and a movable part of the welding equipment should NOT exceed 1m.
- When laying or moving the cables, the measures which protect the cable's insulation from damages as well as from any contact with water, oil, steel ropes and hot pipelines should be taken. The distance between the welding cables and hot pipelines and oxygen tanks should NOT be less than 0,5 m, and with combustion gases - not less than 1 m.
- In case of being hit by electric current, the injured person should be immediately set free from the current; if this person is at a higher elevation, first of all, precautions should be taken for him not to fall. Switch off the equipment using the switchers, remove the plug out, cut the power cable by a tool which has isolated handles.
