I am a full-time Chinese to English translator specializing in the financial, business, marketing and legal fields. I began operating a small freelance translation service with my English to Chinese translation partner Linda Li in 2011. Having a freelance service operated by a native English speaker (myself) and native Chinese speaker (Linda) gives us unique advantages in ensuring quality and consistency and maintaining affordable rates.

The documents I've translated have come from a wide range of clients located in the US, China, Canada, Singapore, Japan, the UK, and elsewhere. These documents have largely been in my aforesaid specialty areas, but have also included translations in manufacturing, IT, real estate and telecommunications. Additional projects I have worked on also include personal document translations, linguistic research and targeted online consulting/research. I also provide proofreading/editing services for both Chinese to English and English to Chinese translations.

The majority of my projects are short-medium length translations (under
10,000 characters), however, I also frequently work on longer projects. Examples include:
