I'm Dutch, I live in Spain.
Working for over 17 years as executive secretary/PA, of which the last 10 years in Marketing within the Culinary Department of a multi-national Foods Company, I got a lot of experience in especially English, spoken and written. Besides Marketing I have worked in amongst others a bank, Advertising, R&D, Market Research, Personnel, Transport, and for the Board of the same multi-national Foods Company. Later I lived my hobby for some years and worked as chef cook and managing director in my own hotel in Chile, where I practised many recipes from many different cookbooks. I also gave (and still do on a very low scale) private English classes to children and adults.
In 1996 and 1997 I took a 18 months' sabbatical to travel around the world. I've been in Africa, Asia and Central and South America, where meeting so many people in so many countries I have learned a lot about other cultures and habits.
