Source text - English A party receiving Confidential Information from the other party shall keep Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose such Confidential Information to any third party without the Discloser’s prior written consent.
Any and all rights to the Confidential Information, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, patents and any other intellectual property rights, shall remain the property of the Discloser.
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties in order to be valid.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement on thirty (30) days’ written notice.
The Parties’ confidentiality obligations will survive for an additional five (5) years after the termination of this Agreement, provided that any trade secrets must be maintained confidentially so long as such information constitutes a trade secret.
Translation - Ukrainian Сторона, що отримує Конфіденційну інформацію від іншої сторони зобов’язується зберігати Конфіденційну інформацію суворо конфіденційною та не передавати цю Конфіденційну інформацію будь-якій третій стороні без попередньої письмової згоди Розголошувача.
Будь-які права на Конфіденційну інформацію, включно але не обмежуючись авторськими правами, торговими марками, патентами та будь-якими іншими правами на об’єкти інтелектуальної власності, залишаються власністю Розголошувача.
Будь-які поправки до цієї Угоди для набуття чинності повинні бути складені в письмовій формі і підписані обома Сторонами.
Будь-яка зі Сторін може розірвати цю Угоду, повідомивши про це іншу Сторону в письмовій формі не менше ніж за 30 (тридцять) днів до моменту розірвання Угоди.
Сторони зобов’язані не розголошувати Конфіденційну інформацію ще додаткові п’ять (5) років після розірвання цієї Угоди, однак будь-які комерційні таємниці не повинні розголошуватися до того часу, поки така інформація становить комерційну таємницю.
