- Distopija (od grčkog δυσ- i τόπος, alternativno, kakotopija,[1] ili anti-utopija) je fikciono društvo koje predstavlja antitezu utopije. Obično ga karakteriše ugnjetavajuća društvena kontrola, kao kod autoritarnih ili totalitarnih vlada.
Neki akademski krugovi razlikuju anti-utopiju i distopiju. Kao u Orvelovoj Osamdeset četvrtoj i Hakslijevom Vrlom novom svetu, distopija ne pretenduje da bude dobra, dok se anti-utopija predstavlja kao utopija, ili je planirana kao takva, ali je iz nekog razloga utopijski svet uništen ili iskrenut.[2] Own research - by Mirna Herman Baletić
