Source text - English Dear patients, relatives and visitors,
Welcome to the St. Josef Hospital. Our staff will do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
We ask that you observe the following rules and respect the rights of other patients.
1. Please note that only one person is allowed to accompany a family member who is an inpatient. In general, this person is the mother or father who wants to or is needed to care for little children (supervision of a minor). Admission of accompanying adults is not possible.
2. Single rooms are not available.
3. Relatives and visitors must use clean hospital beds in the room.
4. Required accompanying persons get an additional (folding-) bed throughout the night.
5. Baby food and diapers are only available for newborns and infants who are patients; babies who are accompanying one of their parents who is a patient do not receive these items.
6. Beverages such as coffee, tea or water are available. Meals are available only for one chaperone and not for visitors.
7. Please bring along your own baby clothes to use upon discharge from the maternity ward. If you don´t have any, please ask a nurse who can help you.
8. Finally, please note that it is generally prohibited to use towels, blankets, hospital clothes or infant sleeping bags outside your stay in hospital. In the past, such items have been stolen and this reduces the number available for patients.
We are grateful for your observance of these rules; this allows us to serve subsequent patients without difficulty.

The Godfather of Hollywood, Marlon Brando, bought the archipelago in the 1960’s, turning it into his own island paradise after discovering its beauty whilst filming ‘Mutiny on the Bounty’.
Located on one of a dozen small islands surrounding an idyllic three-mile wide lagoon, this secluded piece of heaven, now run by the late actor’s estate, is only a 20-minute private plane ride away from Tahiti, 50km to the south.
This exclusive island retreat, which only opened last month, was built according to the actor’s overall vision of a sustainable, self-sufficient paradisiacal hideaway where guests can enjoy the beauty of nature whilst helping conserve it at the same time. As part of its goal to be carbon neutral, half the resort is powered by solar energy, while the balance of power is produced by a biofuel thermal power station fuelled with coconut oil.
The guests are kept cool via seawater air conditioning, which harnesses the cold of the ocean depths, pipes it to land and converts the energy.
