Source text - Serbian +++ nudi stambene zajmove sa rokom otplate do 30 godina, a do 90 odsto od vrednosti nekretnine. U prvoj godini klijent može samo da otplaćuje kamatu bez glavnice. Kredit može da se vrati ranije u celosti ili delimično. Kamata je promenljiva i dobija se tako što se za kredit indeksiran u švajcarskim franka na prosečni libor doda 2,4 odsto, a kod eura euribor plus 2,9 odsto.
Translation - English Xxx offers residential loans with 30 year repayment period, up to 90 percent loan-to-value. Clients have the option of making interest-only payments in the first year, without paying the principal. The loan may be repaid in full or in part at any time. Interest is variable and it shall be calculated by adding 2.4% to the average LIBOR rate for loans denominated in CHF, and by adding 2.9% to EURIBOR rate for loans denominated in EUR.
