Leave feedback about outsourcers, read feedback by others

The Blue Board is a searchable database of language job outsourcers with feedback from service providers. ProZ.com users that have worked with a particular outsourcer are permitted to enter a number from 1 to 5 corresponding to his or her "likelihood of working again" with a given outsourcer, as well as a short comment. With over 15,000 outsourcers on file, it's good practice to consult the Blue Board before accepting a job from a new client.
