We hired Giacomo for website translation (5,500 words) from English -> Italian. We provided him with the tagged files from web app (yaml&haml/html), containing tags. Giacomo has done an outstanding job - so far the best experience I ever had with a translator!! 2 calls started 2 mins before agreed time, deadline was met perfectly, and we only needed one round of proofreading - all files fit perfectly. Absolutely stunned by the performance, and more than happy to work with Giacomo again in the future!
