No scroll bar and can't scroll on any web pages (Staff: fixed)

Is anyone else experiencing this? I can't scroll down on any ProZ.com pages and there is no scroll bar either. Tested it in Vivaldi and Firefox and Chrome. The only page it doesn't affect is the root page. The only way to reach links and buttons below the fold is to zoom out.

Yes, I talked to a colleague who has the same problem and submitted a bug report to support a little under an hour ago.

It's frustrating not being able to access the glossary.
