The amount of bugs seen recently in this website is amazing!
What is happening here? Is this normal?
I believe the staff is doing its best to get the site back up and running like before, but if this keeps up, it's very likely that users will get fed up and give up their membership.
There are too many bugs and other problems happening at the same time and, in my humble opinion, this is not normal at all. Sorry! | |

It seems to me that Proz are being hit by their tendency to a "homemade", DIY, let's-have-fun approach,
it gets back at them like a boomerang.
The good thing is that all these problems coming to the surface will lead to improvements.
I am also convinced that their intentions are good and that they are really working hard behind the scenes.
So let's look forward to that better Proz! | | |

If they are working hard, then they've been doing it for a long time, because since 2020 my notifications on Kudoz have been completely crazy!
It got a bit better after some time, but then it got a lot worse.
It's very unpleasant for me to receive agrees, discussions, selected answers (that I could add to the glossary) and not be notified about it.
I can't say thanks to my peers, answer questions or comments on the discussion board, or work with glossaries. I have submitted 4 or 5 support requests. The last one is pending.
To not be seen as a rude member I have to chase the questions on Kudoz that I can remember of.

as soon as you agree to an answer you see "Agree: Custom Hint". As if it were proposed as a still better answer.)) You cannot even edit your agree, only delete it. Really amazing! | |

As Michele said, you'll see this string popping up all over KudoZ now.
Considering both words are capitalized, I think what we're talking about here is the field caption, which is now being auto-suggested each time you're trying to leave a comment on someone's answer or post a reference entry, an answer etc. (where it shows up under "Example sentence(s)"). You can, however, overwrite the string manually. You just can't leave the field blank.

Hello Naiara,
The site staff can easily find out the problem by logging in any of dozens staff test profiles or into any profile of the existing users/members. Just log in and take a look at any KudoZ page.
