Received the following offer today:

"Would you be interested in purchasing any of the following Targeted Email list for your upcoming campaigns?
Industries: Scopists, Editor, Court Reporters, Interpretation, Translation, Interpreters, Transcribers, Proofreaders, CART Providers, Videographers, Litigation Support Companies and Others?"

(looks like I am already on the sender's "targeted" list. Anyone else received it?)

Never buy email lists - you'd risk to become labeled as spammer Oct 15, 2023

Buying mailing lists is among the worst things one can do.
The addresses are often "acquired" in not-so-legal ways and the lists may contain not-existent/wrong addresses
or so called spam traps or honeytraps (addresses used by email providers, companies etc. to detect spammers).
Those recipients also haven't agreed to receive messages from you and most probably they are not interested
in what you offer, so they would delete your emails or, even worse, mark them as spam.
