In English we would say T wave abnormalities, not the plural. I didn't say it is T wave inversion, that was just an example of the use of "taks". By the way, is it not a genitive form rather than plural?

No abnormal T-waves // No T-wave abnormality
this is not "T-wave deviation" as noted in the previous answer but T-wave abnormality. Taks is pleural. T-wave is singular.
