All field test were performed pursuant to a carefully delineated and executed Protocols requiring: Affidavits from the supplier of the crude-source including representations of source and non-tampering; Affidavits from the operator or the Power Unit-total energy consumed/time of operation to calculate the energy consumed in operating the VPD Equipment under field conditions; Affidavits and Chain of Custody from the Testing Laboratories: Sampling Sources, Sampling Procedures, Chain of Custody; and Affidavits from Independent Witnesses to corroborate facts and events occurring during testing including identity and conduct of various participants, and corroborating sampling procedures and flow rates on the VPD.
