GENERAL GRANT CRITERIA
OVERVIEW
Global Fund for Women invests in women’s groups that advance the human rights of women and girls. We strengthen women-led groups based outside the United States by providing grants ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 per year for operating and project expenses. First-time grant awards generally range from $5,000 to $13,000 per year. We value local expertise and believe that women themselves know best how to determine their needs and propose solutions for lasting change.
5. Which of the following capacity issue(s) is your organization seeking to address with a grant from Global Fund? You can select up to 3 issues by marking an “x” in the appropriate underlined spaces. It is perfectly okay if your organization selects only one issue to focus on.
_____Planning (identifying and adapting short-term and long-term goals and strategies)
_____Fundraising (generating and sustaining diverse financial and material resources)
_____Governing structure (developing organizational governance, including formal registration, organizational policies, and board development)
_____Staffing (having appropriate staffing level; having clear policies and procedures that define staff roles and responsibilities, performance, and terms of engagement; staff training and development)
_____Financial management (managing organizational finances effectively, including accounting, budget projections, and preparing budgets and reporting)
_____Monitoring, learning, and evaluation (measuring and analyzing progress and outcomes of the organization’s work)
_____Marketing/communication (communicating effectively with internal and external audiences, including with media)
_____Community outreach and networking (developing or strengthening partnerships and alliances with other organizations and communities)
_____Program delivery (improving the quality, efficiency and/or scale of the organization’s program or services)
_____Systems (technology, information and data management, procedures and protocols for appropriate action and decision making)

Dziękuję bardzo. "problemy" może nie pasować w tym kontekście, ale może pytający niech zdecyduje. Pozdrawiam

kwestie związane z działalnością/aspekty działalności
proponuję tak ogólnie, bo mało kontekstu. Jeśli wiadomo, czym się zajmuje to ewentualnie np. kwestie związane z produkcją itp.
