Would this be along the lines of a "deeper and improved understanding (or level of preparation) which is appropriate to the areas of responsibility of teaching professionals".
If anyone has any additional suggestions or comments, I'd be interested to hear them.

"Compete a la especialidad como Profesora en Nivel Medio y Superior de la Lengua Extranjera, en inglés, otorgándole incumbencia como indica el Estatuto Docente y sus Anexos referidos a Títulos, "comprendiendo las edades evolutivas correspondientes a dichos niveles.
Dándole una ampliación y perfeccionamiento adecuado a las competencias de los profesionales de las tareas docentes."
