I just finished my bachelor's degree in Translation and interpreting and I am looking for a part-time job or an internship in order to acquire experience in translating and work with professionals who can help me improve my skills. I am familiar with web-based CAT-tools, like MateCat but also with softwares like SDL Trados.

I’m looking to gain experience as a translator developing in my preferred fields (general culture, food, education, health and wellbeing) as well as adding new ones. I would also like the opportunity to learn to use different CAT tools and programs as well as how to build a client base.

During an internship I would like to have personal contact with experienced language specialists, including coaching or mentorship. I hope to learn more about the best practices in the field of language services, how to work with the most common tools, and what to expect as a professional language service provider. I will probably ask many questions and hope this is not perceived as annoying or too time-consuming. I also expect to get extensive feedback on my work in order to get better.

I hope to get involved in an internship where I could show my language skills and knowledge. I do not prefer any particular sector because I am fascinated by the techical and specialistic vocabularies of each one, with their different characteristics and usage. I am passionate about discovering new aspects of life, including difficulties and obstacles which can contribute to improve yourself as a worker. Therefore, any type of new experience will be welcomed and carried out through hard work.

At the moment I am finishing my master's degree and I am looking for an internship to acquire experience in translating and work with experienced professionals that can give me a feedback on my work. I am interested in working from remote for now, but I also consider moving abroad for an internship in 2019. I am familiar with web-based Cat-tools, like MateCat and MemoQ. I am specializing on legal translation and particularly on patent translation.

My ideal internship is working for a company whose aim is to promote sustainability. Translation can play a crucial role in achieving this goal because it can appeal to a wider audience. So, I really hope that during my internship I will enrich my stock of knowledge as well as improve my translation skills. I love translating because it opens up new worlds.

I would like to gain experience while being followed by some mentor or tutor, to guide me, review my work and help me through the world of translation. Primarily, I aspire to become a literary translator, but every chance of experience in the field, as long as new skills and expertise, is welcomed.

I am looking for a 3 to 6 months internship as a translator in a translation or localization agency in Europe in order to put my skills into practice. Working as an intern in a publishing house would also be very stimulating, as I could get more experience in the literary field, which is my primary field of specialisation. Thank you!

As I lack experience, I would just like to understand more the life of a translator (whether freelance or not) and learn how the process works by doing some hands-on work. I am considering translation as a career and I am curious how good a fit the job would be for me.
