We are a US based company located in Texas. I and my husband began developing our company, TaikaTranslations in 2009.
Previous international experience includes but is not limited to the following:
My, (Margarita) language expertise began from childhood where I learned, Russian, Latvian, and English at native level expertise. I then proceeded to study Baltic and Slavic languages, along with completing a BA Linguistics degree in the Finno-Ugristics.
I lived in Finland for couple of years with the main purpose of improving speaking and translation skills in the Finnish language while studying in the University of Helsinki and Jyvaskyla.
I and my husband lived in Germany for five years as well, improving our German and his Russian, and to finish his BS degree.
We have been translating for 10 years but started to use PROZ only in 2012.
Currently we reside in Texas where we are establishing business relationships and focusing on expanding our company, TaikaTranslations.
We have recently expanded our immediate translation team to include over 35 translators and are now translating any type of translation documentation. We focus on all Slavic, Baltic, and the Finnish languages, but will provide others at our customers request.
