Source text - English Die Aufwendungen für 2006 mit rd. Fr. ... sind auch deshalb in dieser Grössenordnung, da wir aus Genf für 2004 Steuerauflagen hatten, weiter ist es immer wieder ein Thema der Firma auch für 2005 und 2006, welche hoch angesetzt wurden und Korrekturen auslösten. Es gab von Seiten des Fiskus eine Aktienbewertung welche überprüft wurde. Weiter ist im Zusammenhang mit der Prüfung 2005 im 2006 eine zusätzlicher Aufwand entstanden, da die Zahlen einfach nicht vollständig waren, keine klaren Aussagen vorhanden waren betreffend Verpflichtungen und die Verwendung des Ergebnisses mehrfach unklar resp. geändert wurden. Auch wurde dem Umstand Rechnung getragen, dass eine korrekte und vollständige Abgrenzung erfolgen musste (im Hinblick auf die Liquidation oder eines evtl... Verkaufs.. Zusätzlich werden jeweils franz. Versionen erstellt.
Es wurden auch ein paar Abklärungen über den approx. Wert der Firma für den Verkauf durchgeführt, da der Verkauf der Firmen anstehend war. (Die div. Abklärungen und Telefone mit den möglichen Parteien sind unentgeltlich erfolgt. )

Furthermore, with regards to the audit from 2005, further expenditures arose in 2006, since the figures were incomplete and no clear statements existed regarding commitments and the use of the results was several times unclear resp. changed. It was also paid attention to the fact that a correct and complete disassociation had to take place (taking into consideration the liquidation or possible sale). Furthermore, French versions had to be issued each time.
There have also been a few inquiries into the approx. value of the company for the sales price, since the sale of the company was due. (The various inquiries and telephone calls with all possible parties were free of charge.)
