Place 75% up to 90% of the purified water or water for injections that is used into the cleaned and sterilized preparation tank. The temperature of the water should be 15°C up to 35°C. Among stirring the solution, stirring speed should be between 300 rpm and 2000 rpm, add the substances one after the other, stir in and dissolve: citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, oxymetazoline hydrochloride and glycerol. After adding the final ingredient, make up to the final volume with purified water or water for injections and stir for a further minimum 30 minutes. Filter the solution through a 0.2 µm sterile filter into a storage tank. Filter the solution from the storage tank through a 0.2 µm sterile filter into the sterile filling reservoir and from there to the sterile filling machine. Fill the solution in into the ethylene oxide-sterilized PE-bottles and close the bottles with the ethylene oxide-sterilized atomizer pump.

Source text - English For many materials, phase transitions can be influenced by the amount of water vapour surrounding the sample. Water vapour can associate with a solid in many ways, such as adsorb only on the surface, absorb deep into the bulk structure, chemisorb to the surface, act as a plasticizing agent forcing a glass transition and potentially inducing spontaneous recrystallization, or chemically react with the solid. In the case of hydrates, water is incorporated into the lattice structure, often in stoichiometric proportions. Further, a sample may form several different stoichiometric hydrate species, depending on the conditions surrounding the sample. Also, hydrates are typically only stable over well defined humidity and temperature environments.
The ultimate hydration state of a material may influence several physicochemical properties including physical and chemical stability. The hydration state of crystalline substances is of particular concern in the pharmaceutical industry [1]. For instance, some hydrated materials become amorphous upon dehydration Also, different hydrate forms can affect the material solubility, dissolution rate, flowability, and compressibility. These factors affect the entire chain of the drug development process from preformulation to solid form development to packaging and storage. By one estimate, approximately one-third of all pharmaceutical actives are capable of forming crystalline hydrates [2]. For these reasons above, there has been increased regulatory pressure to fully characterise and control the physical form of excipients and active drugs [3]. This paper describes how the DVS can be used to detect and characterize hydrate formation as a function of environment relative humidity.

В зависимости от условий, в которых находится образец, могут образовываться несколько различных видов гидратов. Гидраты обычно стабильны только при строго определенной влажности и температуре окружающей среды.
Состояние предельного насыщения вещества водой может влиять на ряд физико-химических свойств, включая физическую и химическую стабильность. Гидратированное состояние кристаллических веществ представляет особый интерес для фармацевтической промышленности [1]. Например, некоторые гидратированные материалы при дегидратации становятся аморфными. Также различные формы гидратов могут влиять на растворимость материала, скорость растворения, текучесть и прессуемость. Эти факторы влияют на всю цепочку процесса разработки лекарственного препарата от предварительной разработки состава до разработки твердой лекарственной формы, упаковки и хранения. По некоторым оценкам, приблизительно одна треть всех фармацевтически активных субстанций способна образовывать кристаллогидраты [2]. По причинам, указанным выше, был усилен контроль регулирующих органов с целью полной характеристики и контроля физической формы вспомогательных веществ и действующих веществ [3]. В данной работе описаны возможности использования ДСП для определения и характеристики образования гидратов как функции от относительной влажности окружающей среды.

Solvent mixture: water R, methanol R (20:80 V/V).
Test solution. To 1.00 g of the powdered drug (355) (2.9.12)ina 250 mL round-bottomed flask add 50 mL of the solvent mixture and heat under a reflux condenser in a water-bath at 80 °C for 1 h. Cool and filter through a plug of absorbent cotton into a 100 mL volumetric flask. The plug of absorbent cotton together with the residue is again extracted with 30 mL of the solvent mixture under reflux for 30 min. Filter and combine the filtrates. Rinse the round-bottomed flask and the plug of absorbent cotton with the solvent mixture and use the solvent mixture to dilute the contents of the volumetric flask to exactly 100.0 mL. Filter through a suitable membrane before use.
Reference solution. Dissolve an amount of ivy leaf standardised tincture CRS corresponding to 3.0 mg of hederacoside C in methanol R and dilute to 5.0 mL with the same solvent.

Охолоджують і фільтрують крізь ватний тампон у 100 мл мірну колбу. Ватний тампон із залишком повторно екстрагують 30 мл суміші для розчинення зі зворотнім холодильником протягом 30 хвилин. Фільтрують та об’єднують фільтрати. Круглодонну колбу та ватний тампон обполіскують сумішшю розчинників та доводять нею вміст мірної колби до 100 мл. Перед використанням фільтрують крізь підхожий фільтр.
Розчин порівняння. Розчиняють кількість ФСЗ ДФУ стандартизованої настойки плюща звичайного, еквівалентну 3.0 мг гедеракозиду С, у метанолі Р і доводять об’єм розчину до 5.0 мл тим самим розчинником.

Source text - Russian Технология функциональной магнитно-резонансной томографии (фМРТ), как известно, принципиально отличается от всех упомянутых косвенных способов изучения головного мозга: это – прижизненное неинвазивное динамическое исследование центральных структур в момент их деятельности, базирующееся на различии в магнитном поле свойств оксигемоглобина (ОГ) – носителя кислорода, и дезоксигемоглобина (ДОГ) – продукта, образующегося в паренхиме мозга; их соотношения отражает BOLD-феномен (blood oxygenation level independent) – маркер нейронной активности.
Стереотипные или, наоборот, эвристические – когнитивно-мнестические, связанные с решением творческих задач, действия, а также сенсомоторные, зрительно-слуховые и речевые операции сопровождаются формированием в головном мозге новых и/или дерепрессией предсуществующих нейронных ансамблей (НА). Их вызванная внешнесредовыми воздействиями или спонтанная активность проявляется увеличением локального кровенаполнения мозговой ткани и изменением механизмов регуляции объема и скорости мозгового кровотока. Именно эти феномены визуализируются в магнитном поле в виде распределенных в пределах функционирующих нейронных сетей вокселей – объемных индикаторов локальной динамики нервной деятельности. [1, 2, 9-12, 14, 16, 19 и др]. фМРТ, нам думается, должна рассматриваться сегодня в качестве технологии выбора для изучения мозга человека и животных, как в условиях естественной жизнедеятельности, так и в патологических обстоятельствах.
Translation - English The technology of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is known to be fundamentally different from all the indirect ways of studying the brain that are mentioned above: it is a non-invasive in vivo dynamic study of the central structures during their activity, based on the difference in magnetic properties between the oxygen carrier oxyhemoglobin (Hb) and deoxyhemoglobin (dHb), which is produced in the brain parenchyma; their ratio is reflected by the BOLD phenomenon (blood oxygenation level dependent), a marker of neural activity.
Stereotypical or, on the contrary, heuristic actions, including cognitive mnemonic actions that have to do with solving creative tasks, as well as motor-sensory, visual-auditory and verbal operations, are accompanied by the formation of new neural ensembles (NE) in the brain and/or de-repression of pre-existing ones. Their spontaneous or caused by environmental exposure activity is evidenced by increased local blood supply to the brain tissue and changes in the regulation mechanisms of the volume and velocity of cerebral blood flow. These phenomena are observed in the magnetic field in the form of voxels - three-dimensional indicators of local dynamics of neural activity that are distributed within the functioning neural networks. [1, 2, 9-12, 14, 16, 19, etc]. We believe that fMRI should be regarded today as the technology of choice for studying the brains of humans and animals, both healthy and with pathological conditions.
