I am a professional translator and conference interpreter with more than 16 years of experience. I studied at Universidad Central de Venezuela. I have worked with a myriad of companies and institutions in the private and public sectors, I am a former  OAS Interpreting Services Coordinator in Washington DC, USA. Recently, I moved to Colombia to work and develop my career in this country which has always been my second home.

I have participated in several national and international events, including a broad range of workshops and courses in oil and gas, mainly in refining, drilling and exploration; I have covered other fields such as medicine, pharmacology, politics, international relations, economy, etc. I have a good command of specialized terminology in a broad range of technical subjects, especially those related to the oil industry.

I provide professional conference interpreting and translation services (simultaneous, consecutive, liaison, specialized translation, RSI, VRI & RCI), including outsourcing audiovisual and simultaneous interpretation equipment. I have built and coordinated freelance teams for large translation and interpretation projects.

In order to provide VRI (Video
Remote Interpretation), RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation), and RCI
(Remote Consecutive Interpretation) I provide optimal conditions and resources,
among others: I am experienced and familiar with conference platforms such
as Kudo, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom; I make use of a
state-of-the-art laptop (Intel i7-9750H CPU, 32GB RAM, 64 bits), High-speed
fiber optic internet with 400Mb download and 400Mb upload, wired and wireless
with redundancy provided by 4G LTE service, a couple of UPS specifically for the modem and critical IT equipment, top quality Sennheiser headsets with
noise-canceling and both USB and analog connections, Williams Sound IC-2
interpreters console, interpretation booth, and acoustic panels, all in a
silent room.
