The Academy is committed to excellence in education that nurtures the intellectual and personal development of our students. Since the school first opened in September 2011, until today, the academy has been able to further develop its programs, curriculum and facilities. We continue to add one grade level every year, and hire additional staff to meet the demands of our expansion.
As I reflect on this year, I realize all that we have accomplished in the areas of curriculum development, assessment, policies and procedures, increased student body, accreditation and more. We have worked hard to lay a strong foundation, and I am excited about what we will accomplish in the future.
We have ambitious plans for the future, yet we never lose sight of what is most important-- our students. At the heart of all our planning is student learning. I am proud of our students who have shown academic progress and are continuing to develop as safe, responsible and respectful children. I am encouraged by our students’ spirits, motivation and enthusiasm towards learning.
By continuing to focus on putting students first, we will be able to fulfill the the academy's vision and mission, and our promise to students and their families.

تحرص الأكاديمية دائمًا على الالتزام بأعلى المعايير في العملية التعليمية، بما يساعد الطلاب على التطور على المستويين العقلي والشخصي. وقد دأبت الأكاديمية منذ افتتاحها في سبتمبر 2011 وحتى الآن على تطوير البرامج والمناهج والمرافق المستخدمة في العملية التعليمية. وتماشيًا مع هذا النهج، تستمر الأكاديمية في إضافة مستوى صف جديد كل عام واستقدام موظفين جدد لتلبية متطلبات التوسع المستمر.
بالنظر إلى هذا العام، فأنا أدرك جيدًا ما تم إنجازه في الأكاديمية على مستوى تطوير المناهج والتقييمات والسياسات والإجراءات وزيادة السعة الطلابية والاعتماد من الجهات المختصة وغيرها من الإنجازات التي تحققت على أرض الواقع. لقد بذلنا جهودًا كبيرة لوضع أسس صلبة وقوية لهذا الصرح، والآن أتطلع لما يمكن أن يتحقق غدًا من إنجازات أخرى أكبر.
وفي الوقت الذي تملك فيه الأكاديمية خططًا طموحة للمستقبل، لا يمكن أبدًا أن نغفل القيمة الأساسية في مشروعنا؛ وهي الطلاب. حيث إن كافة خططنا تتمحور حول تعليم الطلاب. فأنا فخور بشدة بأبنائنا الطلاب الذين يحققون تقدمًا على المستوى الأكاديمي، وفي الوقت ذاته يتطورون على المستوى الشخصي ليكتسبوا حس المسؤولية والاحترام. في الحقيقة، إن ما رأيته من حماس الطلاب وتعلقهم الشديد بالتعليم قد ترك لدي انطباعًا إيجابيًا للغاية.
إن الواقع يؤكد على أن الاستمرار في تركيز جهود التطوير نحو الطلاب هو السبيل لتحقيق رؤية الأكاديمية ورسالتها والوفاء بوعودها تجاه الطلاب وعائلاتهم.
