How did that happen? Well, it's a long story...
My name is María Etelvina, I'm a native Spanish speaker from Argentina (yes, the land of Messi) with a bachelor's degree in food science from Universidad Católica Argentina. I'm also a Literary, Technical-Scientific Translator. My combination of languages is English - Spanish (LATAM).
With over 6 years of experience in the Food Industry, I've worked in QA and Food Safety for large companies. I am also part of the Biotechnology, Food, Agriculture, and Environment Department at UADE University as a teacher.
