Reprocess the instruments immediately after use. 1. Clean and disinfect the instruments in a washer-disinfector or manually. 2. Dry the instruments and inspect for damage and wear. 3. Steam sterilise at 134 °C (273,2 °F) for a minimum of 3 minutes. 4. Store the sterilised and packed instruments in a controlled environment. Precautions: Do not exceed sterilisation temperatures of 137 °C (278.6 °F). Warranty period: 1 year from 2 weeks after shipping. The purpose of this study is to collect data on the results of treatment of hypertension with the XXX. Participation in this clinical study (called a registry) is relates only to the collection of data about your condition, and does not relate to actual treatment of your condition with renal denervation therapy.This Patient Informed Consent Form explains why this clinical study is being conducted and what it means for you if you decide to participate.
