Source text - English General Distribution Board (hereafter GDB) is composed of the control relays, magnetic contactors, terminal blocks, connectors and miscellaneous components and fixed on the steel plate. The GDB's internal and external connections are easily wired through the connectors. These wired connections and components are tolerant of the thermal characteristics and vibration. Components chosen by the products which are satisfied with IEC standard have the wide range voltage property. And the GDB is robustly arranged to endure deterioration, wear, and damage due to vibration or shock loads encountered in traction service.

I have been working as a freelance translator since 2001. My first texts were legal documents which I translated voluntarily for a human rights association. I remember spending nights in the library with the smell of books and dictionaries. It was an experience which changed my mind about my career.
I studied International Trade in Bogazici University, so I have a strong background in finance export/import, economy and business issues.
On the other hand, I have been working with three translations agencies in Turkey. I translated hundreds of pages of technical specifications about transformers, railways, illumination systems, r as well as more than 400 pages of autocad drawings.
I am an efficient user of dreamweaver, flash, photoshop, and fireworks. I have translated web sites on dreamweaver in a ready to publish form.
I can use a variety of CAT tools; these are SDL Trados and Wordfast. In technical translations, using CAT tools is a must for me to assure accuracy, speed and consistency in terminology.
