Since 2006 I have worked as a freelance translator, interpreter and proofreader. I am a native German speaker and a certified translator and interpreter.

I have always enjoyed working in an English speaking environment, which I have done since 1989. After having lived and worked in the USA for 5 years, I moved back to Germany, first to Hamburg and then to Munich.
Various jobs in the travel and tourism industry and the real estate business, as well as administrative positions and personal interests provide me with the necessary background in my areas of expertise and also my work areas.
During an extensive stay in Costa Rica, I have completed my Spanish education as I believe that a language can only be mastered if we truly use it in daily live.

Translations

Extensive research for just the right terminology and a translation that cannot be recognized as one have earned me the appreciation of those I have worked for. Especially with technical translations it is sometimes not an easy task. Your company will surely benefit from a translation that won’t make your customers think twice about giving you the business.
