Source text - English . „Informationen” meint jegliche bestehenden und zukünftigen Produktinformationen, jegliches Know-how, technische oder finanzielle Informationen, Anlagenteile, Namen von Kunden oder Lieferanten, Adressen und dazugehörige Daten, Verträge, Preise, Kosten, Methoden, Prozesse, Standards, Formeln, Geschäfte, Produktionsmethoden und finanzielle Praktiken und Verfahren und andere Informationen zu(r) Geschäften, Herstellung und Finanzen einschließlich Software, Berichte, Strategien, Pläne, Dokumente, Berichte, Zeichnungen, Fotos, Maschinen, Werkzeuge, Formen, Prototypen, Modelle, Erfindungen, Patentoffenlegungen, Muster, Materialien, Aufforderungen zur Abgabe von Vorschlägen oder Angeboten, urheberrechtlich geschützte Arbeiten, Verbesserungen oder abgeleitete Arbeiten, die sich auf eines der zuvor genannten Dinge beziehen, gleichgültig, ob in schriftlicher, mündlicher, elektronischer, webbasierter oder sonstiger Form oder die vor Ort eingesehen werden und die von einer Partei („offenlegende Partei”) der anderen Partei (die „annehmende Partei”) nach dem Datum dieses Vertrags vorgelegt werden, und die sich auf die Technologie der offenlegenden Partei beziehen. Vertrauliche Informationen umfassen u. a. auch Informationen Dritter, welche die offenlegende Partei vertraulich behandeln muss und sämtliche Kopien und Vervielfältigungen der vertraulichen Informationen als auch alle Analysen, Programme, Zusammenstellungen, Vorschauen, Untersuchungen oder andere Dokumente, welche die annehmende Partei erstellt hat, die vertrauliche Informationen enthalten, umfassen oder wiedergeben.
Translation - German 1. “Information” shall mean any and all current and future product information, know-how, technical or financial information, facilities tours, customer or supplier names, addresses and related data, contracts, prices, costs, methods, processes, standards, formulas, business, manufacturing and financial practices and procedures, and other business, manufacturing and financial information including software, reports, strategies, plans, documents, records, drawings, photographs, machines, tools, molds, prototypes, models, inventions, patent disclosures, samples, materials, requests for proposal or quotation, original works of authorship, improvements, or derivative works relating to any of the foregoing, whether written, oral, electronic, website-based, or other form or viewed on-site that is disclosed or communicated by one party (“Disclosing Party”) to the other party (“Receiving Party”) after the date of this Agreement and that relates to the Disclosing Party’s Technology. Confidential Information also includes, without limitation, any third party information that Disclosing Party is obligated to treat as confidential and all copies and duplications of Confidential Information, as well as all analyses, programs, compilations, forecasts, studies or other documents prepared by Receiving Party, which contain, incorporate by reference or reflect any Confidential Information

Who I am:
I am 54 years old and live in Düsseldorf, Germany. I studied English language and literature at the University of Cologne and afterwards continued my studies to become a translator. I received my translator diploma from the Chamber of Commerce in Düsseldorf.
As I have been working as a fulltime, freelance translator for my private clients and translation offices since more than 20 years now I gained wide experience in the field of translation in my fields of specialization, i. e. economics, law, finance, tax, marketing, insurance, politics but I also translate texts in the field of education, pedagogy, art and culture.
I am very self-disciplined, organized and reliable and I love my job.
Private:I like sports like tennis and golf, travelling, I go to the cinema very often and like to spend time with my friends.
