Tra queste collaborazioni ho avuto modo di lavorare con il musicista, polistrumentista XXX.

I participated in some of the most important Italian television shows, including xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. During these engagements, I had the opportunity to work with musician and multi-instrumentalist XXX.

Novellara è una città in provincia di Reggio Emilia con 14.000 abitanti.
E’ città d’arte ed ha ottenuto numerosi riconoscimenti per la qualità della vita e il livello delle politiche sociali.
In questo centro, dalle origini antiche, in certi giorni avvolto nella nebbia, oggi convivono pacificamente 50 diverse comunità culturali.
Novellara è una città gonzaghesca.
Il suo centro storico, perimetrato dai portici, è
rinascimentale.
Su progetto di Lelio Orsi, artista di corte, nella metà del Cinquecento, il fronte delle case che si
affacciavano sulla piazza fu interamente
decorato.
In Piazza Unità d’Italia, il centro del paese, si affaccia la Chiesa di Santo Stefano costruita , per volere di Alfonso I Gonzaga, nel 1567.
La facciata è settecentesca. All’interno sono conservati pregevoli stucchi e dipinti dei migliori allievi di Lelio Orsi.
In fondo alla piazza, verso la stazione, si trova l’ex convento dei Gesuiti con la stanza nella quale erano esposti i vasi da farmacia ora in Museo.
La Rocca dei Gonzaga, adiacente alla Piazza, fu costruita a partire dalla fine del Trecento per scopi
difensivi. L’imponente fortezza fu poi trasformata in residenza signorile (più adatta alla vita di corte) nel Cinquecento.
Le sale si arricchirono di decorazioni e i Gonzaga le adornarono con preziose opere d’arte.
E’ dal 1754 che la Rocca appartiene alla comunità di Novellara.
Giovan Pietro, Alessandro, Camillo, Alfonso Gonzaga,
conti di Novellara, furono uomini d’arma, politici, religiosi, mecenati, che contribuirono a trasformare Novellara in una piccola città ideale, ricca di monumenti e di opere d’arte.
La loro signoria ebbe inizio nel 1371 e terminò, con la morte di Filippo Alfonso, nel 1728.
Matilde d’Este, con gli occhi
eterocromi, moglie di Camillo III Gonzaga, famosa per aver avvelenato con l’”Acquetta di Novellara” diverse persone.
Fu rinchiusa dal marito in un convento, dopo che aveva cercato di ucciderlo.
Si sussurra che il suo fantasma si aggiri ancora per la Rocca.
Nell’ex appartamento cinquecentesco dei conti Gonzaga, tra soffitti a cassettoni decorati,
fregi, e imponenti camini di marmo, è ora ubicato il Museo Gonzaga dove sono esposte preziose testimonianze artistiche e storiche della storia
di Novellara.
Di grande interesse il ciclo di affreschi di Lelio Orsi strappato dal Casino di Sopra.

L’allegoria della Pace, insieme ad altre immagini, decorava il salone del Casino di Sopra, tenuta gonzaghesca.
Si tratta del più importante ciclo decorativo di Lelio Orsi, artista di corte dei Gonzaga, tra i più importanti pittori del Rinascimento padano.
Gli affreschi, che furono strappati in diversi pezzi, sono ora conservati nel Museo Gonzaga.
Divinità, allegorie, scene di magia e stregoneria ...
La collezione dei vasi da farmacia dei Gesuiti, ora esposta nel Museo Gonzaga, è tra le più importanti d’Europa.
Fiasche, albarelli, brocche del sec. XVI , riccamente
decorate , contenevano in origine sostanze medicamentose.
Di grande pregio i 15 vasi istoriati del sec. XVIII, di
produzione lodigiana.
In Rocca si trova anche il delizioso Teatro ottocentesco intitolato a “Franco Tagliavini”, famoso tenore novellarese.
Nella seconda metà del Cinquecento esisteva già, sul lato occidentale della Rocca, un teatro di corte che era stato progettato da Lelio Orsi in occasione del matrimonio di Alfonso I Gonzaga con Vittoria da Capua.
Altre sale in rocca presentano antiche decorazioni. La sala del fico, al piano terra, era stata dipinta con motivi a grottesche nella seconda metà del
Cinquecento. La sala del consiglio contiene invece paesaggi e motivi ottocenteschi. Anche in alcune stanze della Biblioteca comunale sono presenti
delle decorazioni.
L’archivio storico, ricco di documenti , si trova al secondo piano dell’ala nord , in stanze che, come i manoscritti, conservano il fascino del passato e,
nella sala civica dedicata ad Augusto Daolio,
cantante de “I Nomadi”, poeta e pittore, sono
esposti alcuni dei suoi quadri.
Nell’antica soffitta dell’ala est della Rocca, dove si trova l’acetaia comunale, invecchia lentamente il prezioso Aceto balsamico tradizionale di Reggio Emilia, prodotto di alta qualità tutelato dal marchio di
Denominazione d’Origine protetta.
L’acetaia è visitabile la prima domenica del mese, in concomitanza con il mercatino dell’antiquariato che si svolge sotto i portici del centro storico.
L’Aceto balsamico ha origini antiche così come il Cioccolato che veniva preparato dai Gesuiti.
Altri prodotti enogastronomici tipici sono il Lambrusco, il Parmigiano-Reggiano, i salumi e gli insaccati di derivazione suina.
E ancora: angurie, meloni, zucche, frutta antica e ortaggi trovano qui terreni fertili per la crescita.
Il Mercato contadino a Km zero si svolge ogni venerdì pomeriggio sotto i portici di Piazzetta Borgonuovo
La storia del Cioccolato si intreccia con quella della città, dei Gonzaga e dei Gesuiti, la cui spezieria era chiamata nel Settecento “l’emporio della cioccolata”.
Anche i Gonzaga ne facevano ampio uso, tanto che, all’interno dell’archivio storico, sono state trovate antiche ricette.
Il “Chiocolato” nasce da un progetto culturale del Comune di Novellara.
Fuori dal centro abitato, al confine tra il territorio di
Reggiolo e quello di Guastalla, si estendono le Valli, area di riequilibrio ecologico e tutela della biodiversità.
Il mezzo di locomozione ideale per visitarle è la bicicletta.
Solo così, con un percorso“slow”, si potranno meglio apprezzare i rilassanti paesaggi e osservare le rare specie vegetali e animali che vi abitano.
Translation - English Novellara, Renaissance charm
Novellara is a town of the Reggio Emilia province with 14,000 inhabitants.
It is a city of art and has received numerous awards in recognition of its quality of life and the level of its social policies.
In this antique town, which is at times immersed in fog, 50 different communities now peacefully coexist.
Novellara was the seat of the Gonzaga family.
Its historical centre, surrounded by portici (arcades), is of the Renaissance period.
Designed by court artist Lelio Orsi in the mid-1500s, the facades of the houses that overlooked the square were entirely decorated.
In Piazza Unità d’Italia, the town’s main square, is the Church of St. Stephen, commissioned by Alfonso I Gonzaga and built in 1567. The facade dates back to the 1700s.
Inside the church are important stuccoes and paintings by Lelio Orsi’s best pupils. At the far end of the square, toward the railway station, is the former Jesuit Convent featuring the room where the pharmacy vases, which are now at the Museum, used to be displayed.
Construction of the Rocca dei Gonzaga (Gonzaga Castle) next to the main square began at the end of the 1300s for defence purposes. In the 1500s, the impressive fortress was then turned into a high-class residence - more adequate for courtesan life.
The halls were embellished with decorations and the Gonzagas further adorned them with precious works of art.
The Rocca has belonged to the community of Novellara since 1754.
Giovan Pietro, Alessandro, Camillo and Alfonso Gonzaga, Counts of Novellara, were cavalry men, politicians, religious men and patrons, who contributed to the transformation of Novellara into an ideal small city full of monuments and works of art.
Their Signoria began in 1371 and ended in 1728 with the death of Filippo Alfonso.
Matilde d’Este, with her heterochromatic eyes, was the wife of Camillo III Gonzaga. She became famous for having poisoned several people with the acquetta (water) of Novellara.
Her husband locked her up in a convent, after she tried to kill him.
It is said that her ghost still lives in the castle.
The former apartment of the Counts Gonzaga, dating 1500s and featuring decorated panelled ceilings, friezes and impressive marble fireplaces, is now the seat of the Gonzaga Museum, where precious artistic and historical evidence of Novellara is displayed. Of great interest is the cycle of frescoes by Lelio Orsi, torn off the Casino di Sopra residence.

The Allegory of Peace, along with other imagery, used to adorn the grand hall of Casino di Sopra, the Gonzaga family’s summer residence.
This constitutes the most important decorative cycle by Lelio Orsi, an artist at the court of the Gonzagas, who was among the most important painters of the Renaissance period of that region. The frescoes, which were torn into several pieces, are now stored in the Gonzaga Museum.
Deities, allegories, magic and witchcraft sceneries...
The collection of the Jesuits’ pharmacy jars, which are now displayed in the Gonzaga Museum, is one of the most important in Europe.
The richly decorated flasks, albarelli (majolica earthenware jars) and jugs of the 16th century were originally used to hold medicinal substances.
Very precious are the 15 istoriato-style vases of the 18th century produced in Lodi.
Inside the Rocca is also situated the lovely theatre of the 1800s named after Franco Tagliavini, a renowned tenor from Novellara.
During the second half of the 1500s, on the western side of the Rocca, there already was a private court theatre, which had been designed by Lelio Orsi in honour of the marriage of Alfonso I Gonzaga with Vittoria da Capua.
There are other halls in the castle that feature antique decorations. On the ground floor, the Sala del Fico was painted with grotesque motifs during the second half of the 1500s. The Sala del Consiglio instead features nineteenth-century landscapes and designs. Some of the public library’s rooms are also decorated. The historical archives, aplenty with documents, are on the second floor of the northern wing, inside rooms that, like the manuscripts, still speak of the past. In the civic hall dedicated to Augusto Daolio - singer of the Italian band “I Nomadi”, poet and painter - are some of his paintings on display.
In the old attic of the castle’s eastern wing, where the municipal acetaia is located, the valuable traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia slowly matures. It is a high-quality product that bears the Protected Designation of Origin seal.
The acetaia is open to the public on the first Sunday of the month, in combination with the antiques market that takes place under the arcades of the historical centre.
The origin of balsamic vinegar goes way back in time, as well as that of chocolate, which used to be prepared by the Jesuits.
Other local products include Lambrusco wine, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and cured pork meats and sausages.
Also, watermelons, melons, pumpkins, old-fashion fruit and vegetables grow in abundance in these fertile lands.
The farmer’s market featuring locally grown products takes place every Friday afternoon under the arcades of Piazzetta Borgonuovo
The town’s history is intertwined with that of chocolate, of the Gonzaga family and of the Jesuits, whose eighteenth-century spezieria (apothecary) used to be called “the emporium of chocolate”.
Even the house of Gonzaga used to enjoy it, a fact that the antique recipes found in the historical archives attest to.
The cultural initiative “Chiocolato” is promoted by the Municipality of Novellara.
Outside of the inhabited centre, in the outskirts of the Reggiolo and Guastalla counties, outstretch the Valli (valleys), an area for the rebalancing of ecology and the protection of biodiversity.

Translation - English Blood pressure (BP) is the force that the blood exerts on the walls of the vessels that it circulates through.
Blood pressure in the arteries has to remain at a sufficiently high level so that the blood can circulate through them, then pass through the capillaries and go back to the heart through the veins. Nonetheless, it also has to flow so it can take care of the various needs for blood that the tissues have when activities increase. Blood pressure is the result of two opposing forces: the one that pushes blood forward in the vessels and the other that resists this current.
Presently, the majority of medical breakthroughs includes the measuring of blood pressure. To do so a device called sphygmomanometer is used. Si applicano le definizioni della norma della UNI EN ISO 9000:2000.
Nel seguito si utilizzano le terminologie relative alla catena di fornitura della norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, e cioè: fornitore organizzazione cliente.
L’approccio utilizzato nel sistema di gestione per la qualità della presente organizzazione è l’approccio per processi. All’interno di ogni organizzazione sono presenti numerose attività collegate tra loro. Ogni attività che utilizza delle risorse per trasformare degli elementi in ingresso (input) in elementi in uscita (output) costituisce un processo. Spesso i risultati di un processo costituiscono degli elementi in ingresso per un altro processo. L’approccio basato sui processi consente di misurare i risultati dei processi e di mettere in atto tutte quelle azioni che consentano di migliorare l’efficacia, e l’efficienza, dei processi stessi.
La possibilità di applicare un approccio basato sui processi presuppone che siano individuati i vari processi principali (definiti Processi), all’interno dei quali si collocano i processi operativi (o sottoprocessi). Per i vari Processi, quando possibile, si individuano degli indicatori che consentono di tenere sotto controllo il processo, che consentono cioè di indicare in termini più oggettivi possibili (con dei numeri) come sta andando quel processo. Gli indicatori vengono valutati in occasione del riesame della direzione. In tal modo durante il riesame non solo si ha un quadro dettagliato dell’andamento dei vari processi, ma si verifica anche l’efficacia dei vari processi e quindi del sistema di gestione per la qualità. Inoltre si definiscono anche gli obiettivi migliorativi che l’azienda intende perseguire per il futuro. Parte di questi obiettivi sono ricavati sulla base proprio di quelli indicatori precedentemente individuati e calcolati. Termini relativi al prodotto:

The terms pertaining to the supply chain of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards shall be applied, that is: supplier organization client.
The approach that this organization uses in the management of its quality system is the process approach. Within every organization there are many activities connected with each other. Any activity that employs resources to transform inputs into outputs is a process. The outputs of a process often become the inputs of another process. The process-based approach makes it possible to measure the outputs of the processes and implement all those actions that are necessary to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes themselves.
The possibility to apply a process-based approach implies that the various main processes (defined as Processes) have been identified, and within them the operational processes (defined as sub-processes). Whenever possible, for the various Processes a number of indicators shall be identified so to keep the process under control, as they indicate in as objective as possible terms (with numbers) how that process is going. The indicators shall be evaluated during the Management Review. During the review the Management shall not only have a detailed framework of the processes, but also the Management shall verify the effectiveness of the various processes and hence of the Quality Management System. In addition, the objectives that the company intends to pursue to improve its system shall also be defined. Part of these objectives shall actually derive from those indicators that were previously defined and calculated. During Management Review the resources needed by the organization to pursue the defined objectives shall be identified as well.
The process-based approach shall hence enable the organization to keep the various processes under control and pilot it in such a manner as to promote its improvement. Section 4 illustrates the processes (main and operating ones), relevant indicators and connections between processes.
Terms pertaining to the products
Hub: aluminum fusion that, paired with the impeller, enables it to be mounted on a motor shaft.

INCLINAZIONE DELLA RUOTA
L’angolo di inclinazione della ruota, detto anche campanatura, è l’angolo compreso tra il piano equatoriale della ruota e la verticale al terreno; questo angolo è misurato in gradi.
La campanatura può essere positiva, negativa o nulla.
In linea generale la condizione migliore per il pneumatico è di avere un angolo di campanatura nullo; solo così infatti si ha un’ottimale distribuzione delle pressioni specifiche nell’area di impronta del pneumatico sul terreno; questa situazione si traduce in un’usura simmetrica e regolare del battistrada.
In passato venivano utilizzate soluzioni con
campanatura positiva; questa configurazione consente di diminuire l’entità del braccio a terra trasversale presente a causa della distanza fra l’asse del perno del fusello e il piano equatoriale della ruota.
Infatti nelle ruote direttrici anteriori maggiore è la distanza fra il punto di contatto a terra della mezzeria del pneumatico e la proiezione a terra
dell’asse di sterzo maggiori sono le sollecitazioni trasmesse allo sterzo in caso d’urto della ruota contro un ostacolo.
La campanatura negativa, oggi sempre più frequente, sebbene aumenti il braccio a terra trasversale, risulta più vantaggiosa in quanto favorisce la tenuta di strada del veicolo in rettilineo e in curva.
Per risolvere il problema dell’aumento del braccio a terra trasversale e quindi contenerne entro limiti accettabili il valore si usa inclinare trasversalmente l’asse di sterzo; di questo angolo particolare ci occuperemo più diffusamente fra poco.
Un eccessivo valore della campanatura, sia positiva che negativa, porta ad un consumo irregolare del pneumatico dovuto alla deformazione a cui quest’ultimo è costretto durante la rotazione.
In pratica si vengono ad avere due raggi di rotazione differenti sulle due spalle del battistrada.
Raggi differenti significano anche circonferenze differenti quindi ad ogni giro di ruota si avrebbe un avanzamento della spalla con circonferenza maggiore superiore rispetto alla spalla con circonferenza minore; questo è notoriamente impossibile.
Translation - English CAMBER ANGLE
The inclination of the centre-line of the wheel, also known as camber, is the angle formed between true vertical and the line that runs through the centre of the wheel; this angle is measured in degrees.
Camber can be positive, negative or zero.
In general, the best condition for a tyre to be in is to have a camber angle equal to zero; in fact, that is how an optimal distribution of the vehicle’s load on the area of road contact of the tyre can be obtained; the tyre wear will then be symmetric and regular.
In the past, manufacturers opted for solutions that featured positive camber; such a configuration decreased the extent of the scrub radius, which was the result of the distance between the spindle axis and the line running through the centre of the wheel.
As a matter of fact, in front guide wheels the greater the distance between the tread contact area centre and the projection of the steering axis on the road surface, the greater the stress imposed on the steering in case the wheel collides with something.
On modern cars a negative camber is often used. Even though it increases the offset, it is nonetheless more advantageous because the wheel is better able to transfer the transverse load to the suspension: the vehicle can hold the road better both in the straight and on turns.
In order to solve the problem of offset increase and hence to contain the value within acceptable limits, the steering axis is inclined so to control lateral movement; we will deal more with this specific angle in the upcoming sections.
An excessive camber, whether positive or negative, leads to irregular tyre wear due to the changes that the tyre sustains during rotation.
Practically speaking, two different turning radiuses occur on the two shoulders of the tyre tread.
Different radiuses also means different wheel circumferences, hence every time the wheel is tilted it will tend to roll in a circle with the circumference of one tyre shoulder being greater than the circumference of the other shoulder; we all know though that this is impossible.
