Looking for Japanese-English Interpreters for RSI Events

This is Denizsu, one of the members of HeliCo’s Vendor Management Team.

We are reaching out to you today as we would like to collaborate with interpreters who are proficient in English and Japanese for our RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation) events. The events are in the areas of global security, data innovation and technology and we would appreciate it if you could let us know if you have prior experience in such areas. The staggered dates of the events are between September 4 and November 20. Following your email, we would be happy to provide you with more details.

If you are interested, we would appreciate it if you can get back to us with the following information and/or documents.

1. Up-to-date CV (Preferably including information regarding educational background, detailed list of events as far as confidentiality rules allow and the related areas.)
2. Reference letters and/or feedback letters,
3. Membership pages from platforms such as ProZ, Translators Cafe, etc.
4. Please let us know if you have a regular boothmate for such events.
5. Please let us know about your time zone and the convenient hours for you to attend such RSI events.
6. Kindly let us know about your hourly rate for RSI events in USD.
