English<>Japanese onsite interpretation.

Greetings from Ulatus!

We are looking for English<>Japanese Onsite consecutive interpreter for one of our clients in Tokyo. This would be a 4 day requirement and it is basically a business meeting.

Please find the details below

Details:

Location: National Diet Library, Japan Shipowners Assoc. Library (Japan Maritime Centre) and Inui Global Logistics/Mitsui Group 27
However not all are finalized yet, below are tentative for now:
Mitsui – still awaiting a response.
Japan Maritime Self Defence Force (JSDF)- Second Technical School- Yokosuka (replacement for Inui Logistics) – awaiting confirmation
Japan Maritime Center- have confirmed. Will either be 12.30pm on 25/9 or 26/9- will advise.
National Diet Library

Client will send us the detailed itenary once Mitsui/JSDF respond to the client

Service: Onsite Interpretation
Language Pair: English (US) <> Japanese
Event Date: 24th to 27th September (2 hours per day)
Interpretation is also required on 30th Sept in Kure
Time: TBC
Duration: 2 hours each day
Event Topic: Potentially Polluting shipwreks (Business meetings)

*Note for Onsite Interpretation: Customer is looking for someone to nearest proximity of the Event location.

Please let me know if you are available for 24th - 27th September for the Tokyo interpretation and also for 30th Sept for Kure.

If you are not available for both, do let me know if you are available for at least any one of them?
