The information provided as part of the questionnaire will be used by XXX to guarantee compliance with its rules of conduct in business, international conventions, federal and local laws prohibiting illicit payments to public officials with the purpose to obtain or retain business.This information may be analyzed internally by XXX to determine any breach by the Distribution Channel that answers the present to FCPA, International Conventions and Mexican laws against corruption mentioned in the chapter of declarations above and those that will be in the future adopted by XXX. In the same way the analysis of the information may be used to take appropriate measures to resolve non-compliance issues that are identified.This information will not be used, transmitted or processed for other purposes, except to confirm the accuracy of the questionnaire responses. The questions are personalized to find only the information necessary for compliance efforts of those obligations by XXX. In the exceptional case that identifies a possible non-compliance issue, the information collected may be transmitted to employees of XXX that have a need to know or to the external lawyers of XXX's and/or regulatory authorities in the United States or other countries outside its country of residence, whose laws that protect personal information may not be equivalent to their own country. However, XXX shall take all necessary measures to guarantee at least the same level of protection of the information provided. XXX will process and store the information you provide as part of the questionnaire, in accordance with their policies and procedures. Also, the information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will be released only to the extent necessary to comply with the purpose provided in this document or as otherwise required by law.
