Source text - English Three hundred and fourteen bacteria isolated pre-treatment from cases enrolled in a multicentre clinical field trial, conducted in France and the UK, were used in this study. Cultural and biochemical identification resulted in some differences in identification of bacteria to that given in the clinical trial report. However, this has no significant impact on the results of either report. MIC50 and MIC90 values of the bacteria tested against cefalexin and kanamycin are shown in Table 6 below.
The highest concentrations of the antibiotic combination tested by Friton were 12 and 8 µg/ml for cefalexin and kanamycin, respectively. Results of susceptibility testing (based on NCCLS breakpoints) are shown in Table 7 below and Table 17 in section 1.A.1.5.
Translation - Turkish Bu çalışmada, Fransa ve İngiltere'de yürütülen çok merkezli bir klinik saha çalışmasına kaydedilmiş vakalardan tedavi öncesi izole edilen üç yüz on dört bakteri kullanılmıştır. Kültürel ve biyokimyasal tanılama, klinik çalışma raporunda verilen bakterinin tanılamasında bazı farklılıklarla sonuçlanmıştır. Ancak bunun, raporlardan herhangi birinin sonuçları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır.
