Menimbang:
bahwa setelah dilakukan peneritian secara seksama terhadap format isian Akta Notaris Model II dan dokumen pendukungnya serta salinan Akta No. 27, tanggal 7 Agustus 2008 yang dibuat dan disampaikan oleh Notaris Ms. xxx, Sarjana Hukum, dan diterima pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2008, telah memenuhi syarat yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan;
Mengingat:
1. Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas (Lembaran Negara Tahun 2007 Nomor 106, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Nomor 4756);
2. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 26 Tahun 1998 tentang Pemakaian Nama Perseroan Terbatas (Lembaran Nama Perseroan Terbatas (Lembaran Negara Tahun1998 Nomor 39, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Nomor 3740);
3. Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 94 Tahun 2006 tentang Perubahan ketiga atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 09 Tahun 2005 tentang Kedudukan, Tugas , Fungsi, Susunan Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Negara Republik Indonesia;
4. Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor M.09.PR.07.10 of 2007 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Departemen Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia;
5. Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor M-01-HT.01-10 of 2007 tentang Tata Cara Pengajuan Permohonan Pengesahan Badan Hukum dan Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar, Penyampaian Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar dan Perubahan Data Perseroan;

Having considered :
That upon accurate verification of Form II of Notary Deed and its supporting Documents as well as Copy of Deed No.27, dated 7 August 2008 drawn up and submitted by Notary, Ms. xxx, Bachelor of Law and received on the 28th day of August 2008, it is found that they are in order and in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
In view of :
1. Law No.40 of 2007 regarding Limited Liability Companies (State Gazette No.106 of 2007, Supplementary State Gazette No.4756);
2. Government Regulation No.26 of 1998 regarding the Use of Names of Limited Liability Companies (State Gazette No.39 of 1998, Supplementary State Gazette No.3740);

All the benefits, loss, taxes, charges and obligations incurred from the land and property that has been granted will be the right of and be borne by the Second Party or the Receiver of Grant.
The first party hereby warrants that the land and buildings following all above are properly the property of the first party or the grantor himself, therefore the first party or grantor has the right and full authority to grant.
Thus, this letter of grant is made truthfully, sealed with sufficient and without coercion by any party and to be used properly.
