Bio
I am a translator of Brazilian Portuguese into English and a native English speaker. I offer services in translation, proofreading, MTPE, copy editing, subtitling and transcription. I specialize in the areas of education, edtech, marketing and literature.
I have worked with languages and writing for 15 years, including eight years as a language and literature teacher in both the USA and in Brazil. I began working in translation in 2014 while living in Rio de Janeiro. Since leaving the classroom in 2018, I have focused fully on translation and completed formal training in the field.
