Bio
This is Sana Hilal, native Spanish and near native Arabic, I was born and raised in Venezuela. My parents are Syrian, which means that I grew up with both languages, Spanish and Arabic.
After graduating from high school in Venezuela, I decided to study Arabic-English translation at the University of Damascus, Syria, finishing in 2012. I currently live in Syria and I'm open to any job opportunities abroad.
I have cooperated remotely with many translation agencies from different countries. My experience includes translating personal documents, websites, scientific articles, books, contracts, educational material, etc.
I also have extensive experience in subtitling, I have subtitled more than 30 000 minutes of different content material from English into Spanish. Hundreds of minutes from Arabic to English for major news sources. Hundreds of minutes of educational material from Spanish into Arabic for the Cristian Lay Academy.
On the other hand, I also do transcriptions in my native Spanish.
