As an MBA (Technical University of Berlin) and certified translator (Cologne School of Translation & Interpretation) holding the official German title "Staatlich geprüfte Übersetzerin" (state-examined and certified translator), Emmelie Kopp offers experience in high-quality, reliable and accurate legal and business translations in addition to a deep understanding of German and American culture. She is a fine, polished writer, translating only into my native languages, German and English.
She is a German and US citizen and as such well-versed in localization and transcreation to ensure a final document does not sound like a translation but is appropriate for the target audience. It is her goal to follow the conventions of the target language.
