I'm English-Russian/Russian-English certified technical translator based in Georgia, with 20 years of in-house and freelance translation experience, including work for the world leading international companies. I specialize in IT and technical domains, but I also enjoy translating marketing content, as it helps to unfold my creative potential. My top level localization expertise in IT field has been proven by recent long-term remote cooperation (3 years) with major high-tech companies: Google, Microsoft and VMWare. I started my career as a Teacher of Business English in a local college, and then gradually built up my career as a technical translator. I'm always attracted to new challenges. This helped me a lot as I gradually gained industry specific in-house/freelance expertise in various technical domains: first in agriculture (not only as a Translator, but a full-time Consultant at Aviagen), then in the field of oil&gas/power engineering/industrial equipment (including 5 years of office and on-site work at Dietsmann), and now in IT and marketing.
