I am a qualified freelance conference
interpreter and translator with Italian
A, English B and Spanish C. I graduated with Merit from the University of
Leeds after attending the Master in
Conference Interpreting and Translation Studies.


I am fully trained in simultaneous interpreting, together
with consecutive, chuchotage, and liaison interpreting and I am familiar with telephone interpreting and various platforms of remote interpreting services. I have
been teaching Conference Interpreting at the University of Leeds since
September 2019, I regularly take part in interpreting peer-practice groups
and I have been co-organising the #LEEDSENIT practice week since 2017. CAT tools have also been
part of my training as a translator and I am familiar with offline, online and cloud-based CAT solutions. 

I have set up my freelance activity working in the UK for the public sector, private companies and
direct clients. My fields of expertise are:

• Interpreting: international
  relations and EU affairs, migration, corporate, marketing, fashion, lifestyle, sports,
  gaming and tech.
• Translation: tourism, sports, gaming and tech, marketing, beauty, technical and corporate.

I have accumulated 345+
hours of PSI interpreting, 28
working days of conference and
consecutive interpreting, both on-site
and remotely, +1,250
hours of editing/proofreading and I have translated +590,000 words. (As of April 9th,
2020)
