I am one of the few madrelingua British language professonals in Italy. Disillusioned with Brexit  after serving in the French Foreign Legion for 5 years, I continue to advance my specialities in 5 European languages as a UK-born and educated Legal Linguist and Data Analyst. 

 I have a diverse background and have mastered 5 languages professionally. I apply my language skills with a group of highly qualified professionals as a freelancer and currently work on a range of projects from TrainAI, software testing, MTPE, Localization and the translation of technical documents using diverse tools. 

I have a degree in Chemistry and Law from the UK and went on to work in journalism and entrepreneurship. I have a scientific background in the Energy sector where I first worked for Hitachi Chemicals in 2008 and subsequently moved on to other Project Management, Operational and Counsel roles in other multinational organizations such as Bechtel in 2014.

I can translate technical documents in Engineering, IT, Life Science, Technology and Law. I have experience translating patent reports, contractual agreements, scientific publications and content for websites together with creative writing.

I am an expert in managing documentation and systems to manage large quantities of data. I recently finished a Google certificate in Project Management to formalize my skills in this regard and a continued formation in CAT software. 

I am currently undertaking a Masters in Legal Translation EN to IT in Milan and will be offering this service in the Tribunale di Milano in 2024, I continue to offer my services online and adhere to strict Confidentiality and Data Privacy norms and laws.
