indikativa värdering

Swedish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
I would of course translate indikativa värdering as "indicative value," as literally that is what is says.

But I am wondering if there aren't other terms used in mergers and acquisitions to refer to this, the estimated or projected value assigned to a company after an analysis of its financials (as this might be confused with "Indicative Net Asset Value" which is used in a slightly different context).

"Indicative valuation" is correct See Swedish and English versions of paragraph 56 at http://tinyurl.com/y5yjhqq. And this example, at http://www.lsam.com/legals.asp:
"Indicative valuations represent UBS' good faith estimate of the value of the subject transactions as at the date indicated and are subject to change without notice."

Close, but not exact Literally, it does NOT say "indicative value". Värde = value, värdering = valuation. Thus I would translate it to "indicative valuation", unless your context gives reason to ponder more around it.
