It is actually a German-English translation, but I think the German was translated from Swedish, and it seems here they forgot a part:

My English translation:
The amount of this profit share is limited to 3 monthly salaries and is calculated according to the result före bokslutsdispositioner och skatt.
This is an employment contract, this is the article about remuneration / salary. Can someone please help me? So far they added some Swedish in brackets, e.g.: Geschäftsführer (Verkställande direktör). I'm not sure if this is the same. Thank you for your help!

Loathe to contradict my expensive 2-vol. Gullberg specialist SV/EN dictionary - I'd been using the previous edition a quarter of a century - I do feel SOME of his/ his team's legal and accounting terms are 'questionable', to put it mildly, and should NOT be taken as Gospel.
'Balancing dispositions' is one such example and is confusable with balancing charges & balancing allowances that are the plus or minus balances left over of capital writing-down allowances i.e. depreciation on plant & equipment in UK Inland Revenue terms.
Appropriations = set-asides to reserves or distribs. of dividends.

: Furthermore, "resultat" is not "result" but profit or loss.

Good point - resultat can also be 'earnings before' etc., arguably even if a loss.

: Agree with your version. In defence of Gullberg, my edition (in Wordfinder) offers: balancing provisions but also: [balance-sheet] allocations (appropriations, transfers; provisions)

Right! Unfortunateyly, Gullberg doesn't quite make the connection with year-end i.e. apportionments or appropriations.
