Comment: "Thank you Lars (and all) - I kept all the suggestions in my file because I am not 100% sure what the client meant here. Both Operations Descriptions and Business Descriptions appear to be common in US texts. Activity reports sounds like the most reasonable translation, but I went with Lar's activity reports since there was so much confirmation among you. This was very helpful!
