Medical (general)
It's a device used to administer oxygen to patients with breathing problems. May also be of the type "näsgrimma". The context is medical notes (I'm only translating them for information, as I'm not a medical expert!)
"Puls: 106, regelbunden, SAO2 97% med 5 l Oxygen på grimma".
Thanks a lot in advance.

More context would be needed, oxygen can be administered by face mask or nasal cannula
"You are transporting a 78-year-old female with history of recent myocardial infarction. The patient is alert, fully oriented, and pain free. She is receiving intravenous nitroglycerin at 15 mcg/minute. She is also receiving oxygen at 3 l/min via nasal cannula. Vital signs taken five minutes ago are: BP 142/84, pulse 84, respirations 18, SaO2 98%. The cardiac monitor shows normal sinus rhythm with occasional unifocal PVC/s.

The equipment required to deliver oxygen includes a medical oxygen cylinder (tank), pressure gauge, pressure-reducing valve, flowmeter, tubing, and nasal cannula (tube) or face mask (with or without a reservoir bag). The delivery device attached to the victim is either a two-pronged (one for each nostril) nasal cannula, or a mask, the latter with or without a reservoir bag.

Comment: "Thank you all for your excellent explanations and references. Nasal cannula is the most appropriate in this context. Still wish I could share out the points, though!"

The direct translation is halter or headpiece, but in this case some other kind of holder is indicated. My guess is 'holder' or 'bracket'.

nasal canula
