gperdin Feb 14, 2007: Um, it might be helpful anyway to know what the bill is for. I can imagine that ah or A.H. might stand for any number of things depending on if the bill is from a restaurant, furniture store, gentelmens' club or (indeed) Auction House.

Charlesp Feb 13, 2007: of course avgift is a charge or fee, but perhaps you have some more context for "ah" - as I doubt it is an exasperation, eg 'ah, another fee again.'

Another guess based on this being environmental. Could this be a charge for amp hours used?
