Though I agree with "safety conscious", I wonder if the meaning isn't more geared to reliability, and making the packages get there, on time/in one piece/undamaged. ISO does address some pure "safety" issues, like accidents and such, but I think this case is more a context of on-time, completed, damage-free and theft-free deliveries, as opposed to "avvikelser" in the broad sense - delayed, damaged, stolen, or failed deliveries, irrespective of the cause.

Another possibility is safety minded which is maybe a more "common" termed.(We are highly safety minded and we continuously seek continuity in our work.)

security thinking, actually the word "säkerhetstänkande" is rather odd to begin with, it implies that they prioritise thinking of security but it could be phrased better.
